Project Concept Proposal

My client's website is Pallas which is also i need to redesign it. The Pallas brand image was revamped with modifications of the brand logo and front for a neat and smart look to compliment its new brand slogan - easy comfort. For the current homepage, the logo is not click able and nonfunctionalwhile the homepage is called "products". The promotions side which include many links actually are not well put together which near
the main navigation. It is also not necessary to have it because it is just same with one of the sub page. There is also some broken links, and some of the display picture are very small and not viewable. The color combination are not suitable for the brand itself. Some more it is not much real text in this website.

This website mainly for provide the information such as the newest products, all about shoes, the outlet locations, services and promotions. For the information part actually not very detail. Usually people who visit
this website looking for the newest product and information. The display picture for the promotion not shown enough information which is lack of text. The newest product did not updated. The price had not listed out
while there is without any information for the products.

Though my research, the brand name Pallas was known in the market but lacked the appeal to drive new target audience to purchase Pallas shoes. There was neither brand differentiation nor brand personality in Pallas.
Pallas was repositioned with a new brand slogan, easy comfort, and new brand elements that were implemented in all POS materials for Pallas, including its shoebox. Pallas brand advertising campaigns in magazines, on billboards and on buses were also conceptualized to create greater brand awareness.
In addition to that, the brand of revived through the launch of brand promotion activities to create brand excitement.

The main things to keep the site alive is to update the latest products, event and promotions. The site will look more alive if it is possible to get the feedback of the certain customers regarding the brand can be able to improve and serve better.

The target audiences will be mainly younger and teenagers which is shoes lover. They usually will visit the site for new products and promotions. The objective is to know the latest information about shoes and any promotions with it and also to know more information about this place and also how to get there. The commercial website which always keep it up to date for sure will engage more visitors.

The primary competitor for this website will definitely be other shoes brand such as Bata, Converse, Puma and others brands.
